Cupidity at Gallery Neptune

Cupidity is a group show based on the "I Saw You" ads in newspapers. Each artist created a piece inspired by an ad and then a writer wrote a new ad involving the piece. The exhibit is at Gallery Neptune (www.galleryneptune.com) in Bethesda and the reception is from 4-8pm on sunday the 12th. address and directions are on the gallery website.

Exhibition at AAC

DÉJÀ VU: A NEW VIEW A robust exhibition of works by 81 artists who exhibited at the Arlington Arts Center before its expansion and renovation. This show includes paintings, sculpture, works on paper, installation, and video, by many artists who are now familiar to the Washington DC audience. In our main floor and lower level galleries.

Also on view: Resident Studio Artists Edith Heins, Family Moments and Taek Lee, center 4 corners. In our Wyatt gallery.

The center is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 am to 5 pm. It is located at 3550 Wilson Blvd., in Arlington, VA, just one block south of the Virginia Square-GMU Metro stop on the Orange line. Market 5 Gallery





Nationally acclaimed folk artist Dollner is exhibiting new work at Market 5 Gallery this month. Dollner is known for poetically painting her story of growing up in a close knit family of sharecroppers as well as well as portraying all nationalities standing together in love and unity.
