REMIX: East-West Currents in Contemporary Art
A survey of recent work demonstrating cross-cultural influences
August 15 through September 30
OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, September 8, 6 – 9 pm (Mark your calendar!)
REMIX: East-West Currents in Contemporary Art is a juried exhibition featuring forty-six artists, both Asian and non-Asian, who address the interchange of ideas and the intermingling of artistic or cultural influences between Asia and the U.S. Nearly 100 artworks will be exhibited in media including drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, sculpture, ceramics, fiber, photography and installation.
