The Regular 1st Sunday Artist & Model meeting will be held on Sunday, September 10

Raffle-Raffle-Raffle - we have a lot of artwork that has been donated for previous fundraisers, and if you want to donate more, that's fine - Raffle tickets are $10 each, but we will not sell more raffle tickets than there are works of donated art. Conclusion - Everyone Wins - No losers! I mean, the frames on some of these are worth 10 times that. Drawing at 8 pm Friday, September 29 - 1st one drawn can have their pick. Next one has their pick, etc, until all those who attended that night have something to take home. No need to be present to win: From then on, it's first come, first served - just walk into the gallery during open hours, and take your pick.

Now seeking individuals to serve on the Board of Directors for MOCA DC. A variety of positions are available, tailored to the variety of endeavors of members of this list. A Yahoo group has been established to allow people to recommend, exchange and discuss ideas and issues for our growth. Participation can be as little as in an advisory capacity to comment on issues raised in the Chat Group, to participating in regular monthly meetings. Stay tuned - organizing meeting coming during July.
